In the last 60 days of the program I have had some medical issues that really needed some attention and modifying my diet during those stressful times was not at all a concern of mine.  Any issues with the program were entirely user issues.  I admit that I did not follow the diet/program too well.  I have now been cleared medically and will resume this program with much more dedication than I have been able to supply.

The Diet 1234 product is designed to promote weight loss, increase energy, suppress appetite, and help burn fat more quickly.  I have to assume the pills have had some effect on my weight loss.  I definitely do not feel as tired or quite frankly exhausted as before.  I was nervous about taking the pills because I didn’t want to feel jittery or like I was on a caffeine “high”.  None of that happened.  I actually felt nothing except did notice I was not as tire. 

Now, keeping in mind that I also started at the gym, but not until November 12^th – I have to attribute some of that weight loss to working out.  I thought about not working out to give a true test to the pills and their ability to assist in weight loss but that just didn’t make any sense.  First of all, I think when anyone is on a diet they pay more attention to the calories they are burning, not just taking in.  It would be unrealistic to expect that component to remain static during a process that a person is invested in. 

In summary, for the 90 day period I am sure the Creative BioScience Diet 1234 would have continued to work had I been able to be more dedicated to it for the remainder of the 90 days.  Given the holidays that fell during this period - I am still happy with the loss that I had versus a normal holiday gain.
