A New Easy To Follow Weight Loss Book For
People Who Can’t Seem To Lose Weight
How To Book That Teaches Easy To Follow Methods On
Losing Weight Without Struggle.
Washington, DC - Kenn Kihiu the fun exercise guy
and the creator of the danceX fitness workout and 8020 Body
announces the launch of Sleep Fat Wake Up Thin.
It’s a nutrition and weight-loss book that teaches the natural and easy to
follow principles on how to lose weight without the struggle of suffering
through a small number of acceptable recipes, complex point counting
charts, or dieting rules. “My goal is to make losing weight simple
and easy to incorporate into the average person’s daily life” says creator Kenn Kihiu.
“Where someone can eat almost anything they want without ever feeling deprived
but still make small changes to their current diet. Small changes that add up to
big results”
Sleep Fat Wake Up Thin is the first
nutrition book that clues in consumers on some of the misleading profit
generating practices and ideas pushed by the diet and food industry that end up making
consumers fatter & unhealthier. “Awareness is power and we have to be aware
that unfortunately money is what makes the world of food and nutrition go .round. The
diet and food industry spend more on marketing than on research and development because they
are more interested in their bottom line rather than consumer’s waistline” says Kenn Kihiu. His
goal is to arm the consumer with the right tools and knowledge on how to
make better decisions when it comes to their nutrition habits.
Those who follow the Sleep Fat Wake Up Thin way
will regain power and control over their life by discovering how easy
it is to drop unwanted pounds, burn fat, significantly reduce their
cravings, gain energy, and feel healthy while feeling the best they have
felt in years. Kenn Kihiu says that even though Sleep Fat Wake Up Thin goes
against the current food and diet industry recommendations, he has created
a course that is backed by science but even more importantly by a little
common sense.
“Many of the diseases we face today - obesity, type 2
diabetes, and high cholesterol – are not true diseases but symptoms
of underlying conditions brought on by the things we eat that are marketed
to us by the food industry. These conditions are easily fixable with a few changes
and a little education about the simple choices we make everyday” insists Kenn Kihiu
Recent customer Calina Frankford says “It feels so
good to lose the fear of not being able to control my eating” She is
already losing pounds and inches and is well on her way to losing a lot of
the weight she has been carrying for many years. “For me that’s what it’s all about”
says a smiling Kenn Kihiu.
The Sleep Fat Wake Up Thin nutrition
book is available on the Amazon kindle store at Amazon.
I just finished reading this ebook by Kenn Kihiu. Sleep Fat Wake Up Thin is different than most nutrition type books I have read. Some of the concepts are similar while others are a little different than what you may find in some other books. There are some specifications of this diet plan that I love. Kenn proposes small fasts to help control some of week - allow your digestion to have a break. I am all for fasts and my most successful dieting efforts always included some fasting and I always felt totally at my best during those times. He also has a different spin on the "no eating after a certain hour" mentality that we often hear about. He deals with that very simply - and I don't want to detail his thoughts on the matter for fear of "giving away" the program. The program is split into modules that are designed to be followed in succession. One quote that he makes really stuck with me and will for a very long time - responsibility is the ability to CHOOSE my response. How simple is that? When you read his book that will make total sense although out of context at this very moment it may seem quite random. Kenn also talks about starting by doing the "simple things" because often it is precisely because they are simple that we don't do them - such as weighing yourself every day. Make predictable plans - as predictable as brushing your teeth at 6am is - make your schedule for exercising just as predictable and non negotiable.
I really really enjoyed every aspect of this book and will definitely begin with module 1 and move my way through. You will not find recipes and concrete "eat this" requirements. This book will serve more as your motivation and guide to a new nutritional mindset. I definitely give this book a 5 star rating.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

"money is what makes the world of food and nutrition go .round" this is so true! We become what we eat (we are what we eat) and healthy living starts with eating the right foods. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteWe are what we eat--so I believe that its important like the author says to focus and be more in control--thanks for a great review
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great book. I am going to check it out. I like the idea of starting out simple and making predictable plans. After all it will soon be a habit.
