Sausage and Egg Casserole

A friend of mine gave me this recipe and it is nice to have once in a while, especially when I don't feel like putting a ton of effort into making supper.  It takes a while to cook but just five minutes to prepare.

You need sausage patties, hashbrown patties, eggs and cheese (we use mild cheddar).

Layer the hashbrowns, then the sausage, whip up a bunch of eggs (8-12) and top with cheese.
